Return Policy
We take pride in customer satisfaction at Sisterlee Boutique and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, you have 30 days to return for store credit. We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@shopsisterlee.com. We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return package must be postmarked 30 days from the date you received your package. Refunds are issued back as store credit and will be sent to you in the form of an E-Gift Card via email when your Return is processed. It will be sent to the email address we have on file.
Please include your invoice in your return shipment. We suggest using USPS and please hold onto your tracking number in case we need to locate your return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are final sale and may NOT be returned at anytime:
Sale Items
Gift Cards
Intimate Apparel (bralettes, underwear)
Accessories (hats, scarves, jewelry)
Shoes must be returned in original packaging and show no signs of wear at all
Exchanges
Sisterlee Boutique accepts Exchanges *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
Exchanges are for the SAME item but in a different SIZE.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
We currently do not offer return labels nor do we reimburse return shipping costs.
If the requested item and size are not in-stock, we will process the exchange as a Sisterelee E-Gift
Card.
The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order.
Shipping Policy
Please note that USPS is currently experiencing longer delivery times. Standard shipping may temporarily require more time to be delivered.
We process orders *within 1-2 business days* Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following business day.
All orders ship from Neptune Beach, Florida
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
*Shipping is calculated PRE-TAX and AFTER sale items have been reduced and/or discount coupon codes have been applied!
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

We do offer International Shipping
All international packages are shipped via UPS and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.
Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can
take up to 3 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.
